Molly actually had her birthday while we were in Oxford, so we celebrated in the backyard of our Oxford flat with students, donuts, bubbles, and nail painting.
Then we got home and she had a Royal Tea party that her wonderful Stepping Stones teacher planned for her.
She got to choose a book for Dad to read to her class,
enjoy lunch, tea, and cake,
shop in the birthday shop,
and lead the birthday parade.
I am so very thankful for Teacher Sherri for all the ways she pours blessings onto Molly.
And, of course, we had a little party at the house when we got back to Abilene to celebrate with her buddies. She chose a Very Hungry Caterpillar theme. And we had a bug hunt. Great fun and a great way to reconnect with her sweet friends!
