We headed into London today with our guests and it was so sunny. Wonderfully sunny! What a treat!
I love the way the girls are laughing in this pic.
We headed back to Westminster Abbey. We had been last month for Candlemas, but hadn’t gotten to tour the abbey then. Stunning — and so much history there. No photos inside, but here’s a shot of the courtyard.
Then we headed to lunch at this INCREDIBLE place Leah picked out — Le Pain Quotidien — and stuffed ourselves on yummy food. And waffles. And chocolate spreads.
Molly was quite fond of the “Noo-tella” as she called it.
Then we went up in the London Eye. The girls pretended they were Wendy flying over London with Peter Pan, and I pretended I was Mary Poppins.
Love this picture of me and my fabulous SIL Leah!
From there we headed to Harrods — admittedly a little overwhelming — but we managed to hang out in the toy department for a while.
Unfortunately, Jane Anne and Molly have mean, mean parents and they left Harrod’s empty handed.
